Reservations

Thank you for visiting RentPhotoStuff.com, we appreciate your interest in renting the finest equipment around. To ensure satisfaction for all RPS customers we are now taking reservations! We do have a few rules and procedures that need to be followed in order to serve everyone fairly and in a timely fashion.

Rules For Reservations

  • All reservations are on a first come first serve basis.
  • Rental period extensions are not guaranteed. Usually we can accommodate for extensions, but not always.
  • A lens is considered reserved once payment is made. You have 3 days to send payment before we will allow someone else to reserve the item. The 3 day grace period begins once your confirmation email containing equipment and invoice price has been sent.


To proceed with your reservation, please follow the steps outlined below. If at any point you have questions, please send an email to service@rentphotostuff.com or call 802-343-0796.

Step 1: Email reservations@rentphotostuff.com to check on availibility of desired equipment.

Please include in your email:

  • Name
  • Mailing Address
  • Phone Number
  • Equipment Needed
  • Date you would like the equipment to arrive
  • Number of weeks you would like to rent

    • Step 2: You will receive a confirmation email stating the equipment is available, the rental period, and total amount due including shipping/handling and tax where applicable .

    Step 3: Lock in your reservation by sending payment via paypal for the amount given in your confirmation email. Please do so within 3 days of receiving your confirmation email.

    Step 4: We will send a receipt of payment and your reservation is secured!

    To send payment, click the link below which will bring you to Paypal. Use the "Send Money" feature from the homepage. Send money to sales@rentphotostuff.com.
